responsibilities :
Work as a member of our global IT security and network team, collaborate with regional IT teams and external partners to implement and maintain secure infrastructure in alignment with industry best practices
Monitoring and analyze network traffic and security logs using SIEM platforms and tools to analyze security weaknesses, investigate and recommend appropriate strategies
Conduct regular vulnerability scans and risk assessments to proactively identify, investigate, and remediate IT security threads, implement continuous improvement initiatives
Respond to a computer security incidents, investigation, remediate or escalate them to relevant support teams (including vendors) and asset/business owners
Implementing and maintaining layered security approach, including network security measures, endpoint security, and cloud security
Experience in areas related to IT networking, application security, third-party vendor management and OT
Perform security components maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Conduct penetration testing to identify weak spots in a systems defenses
Assist in the development of documentation, training and other knowledge share on infrastructure security
Ability to work in an international environment and participate in global IT projects
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of Information Systems and IT security-related functions in multiple geographical locations
Solid understanding of network and computer security, security testing, software security
Fluent in English and Polish (both verbal and written)
Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization
Experience with firewalls, endpoint protection software and intrusion detection systems
Extensive knowledge of current security threats, techniques, frameworks (MITRE, NIST)
Familiarity with Azure cloud platform and its security models, MFA, CA, PAM, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel
Experience with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability and endpoint management tools and EDR/XDR platforms (MS Defender, Intune, EntraID)
Proven hands-on network architecture experience, firewalls, routing and switching, segmentation
Knowledge with standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR)
Cybersecurity certifications is an asset (CISSP, CEH, CompTIA security+, Microsoft security)
