Global IT Project Engineer - Mobile Service

The role of Global IT Project Engineer – Mobile Service is based in our Lighting Business Group in Cracow.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the IT Architect and other project team members to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
2. Participate actively in the Design and Build phases of each project. Apply the best practices and standards. Consider the security and the reporting/analytics aspects in each project.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or risks that may arise during the project. Liaise with editors / integrators when needed.
4. Organize and participate in the test phase. Collect / report issues, troubleshoot, implement corrections.
5. Document and maintain project documentation.
6. Deploy the solutions managed centrally, technically support the deployment of the solutions deployed locally.
7. Organize and be involved in the transition of Project to Operations.
8. Provide L3 support to Operations teams.
9. All along the project, communicate effectively
   • with internal parties to ensure full visibility on your activity and get their feedback.
   • with external parties (software editors, integrators, consultants).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Project Engineer or similar role.
3. Excellent knowledge of IT systems, tools, and methodologies.
4. Advanced level / certified on the technologies mentioned in previous paragraph.
5. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Attention to detail and quality orientation.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Customer focus, ability to work with diverse and multicultural teams.
9. Technical skills:
   • Android, Apple IOS.
   • Familiar with features included with Microsoft 365 E3 license.
   • Zero trust device: COPE, ADE.
   • Microsoft Intune solution.
   • roadCom Workspace One.
   • BeyondTrust Remote Support.
   • Security policies: MAM, Conditional Access.
   • Samsung, Zebra, Apple hardware.
   • Basic Knowledge about network services (DHCP, DNS, Certificate, WIFI, VPN, IP addressing, internet proxy).
   • Basic Knowledge about cybersecurity services (LookOut, Samsung Knox).
   • Language: PowerShell, .bat, vbs, bash Linux.
