Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for major contracts, including identification, evaluation, and selection of suppliers
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contractual conditions to secure optimal agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sourcing activities with business needs
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance, performance, and continuous improvement
- Monitor market developments and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage
- Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, contract status, and risk assessments to senior management
- Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
Required skills and qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in market research and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to contract management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent are desirable
- Technical skills including MS Office Suite, procurement software, and data management systems
