The role

We are currently looking for an Integrated Business Planning Manager , based in Wroclaw, you will be the driving force behind IONWAY’s global supply chain evolution. Sitting at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, global expansion, and sustainability, you’ll lead the design and implementation of future-focused planning systems that ensure IONWAY operates with precision, efficiency, and resilience.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes not only meet today’s challenges but are scalable to meet the demands of a rapidly growing, globally expanding, and environmentally conscious business.

The role is reporting into our Global Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities:

• S&OP Governance: Lead the governance of our Sales & Operations Planning processes, ensuring alignment across departments and regions, while driving collaborative decision-making to meet demand and supply challenges.
• Planning Systems Design: Architect the future of IONWAY’s planning systems and tools, developing robust, scalable solutions that integrate best-in-class technologies for supply chain optimization, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Working Capital & Safety Stock Monitoring: Maintain oversight of working capital and safety stock levels, ensuring a balance between operational efficiency, risk management, and optimal service levels.
• Service Excellence: Implement strategies to achieve and maintain world-class service levels across the supply chain, ensuring IONWAY delivers high-quality products, on time, every time.
• Global Footprint Simulations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support simulations for future footprint design, enabling data-driven decisions around global expansion strategies and production capacity planning.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly analyzing performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements that elevate the efficiency, agility, and resilience of IONWAY’s supply chain operations.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard against disruptions, ensuring the stability and growth of our global operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in Supply Chain & S&OP: You have a strong background in integrated business planning, supply chain management, and S&OP governance, with experience in fast-paced, global manufacturing environments.
• Strategic Mindset: You think big-picture while meticulously managing the details, ensuring every component of our planning process is aligned with IONWAY’s long-term goals.
• Technological Savvy: You’re comfortable working with advanced planning tools and are excited about designing systems that leverage the latest in automation, AI, and data analytics to future-proof our operations.
• Analytical Expertise: Your analytical prowess allows you to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and drive strategic decision-making that balances efficiency, risk, and service level optimization.
• Leadership & Collaboration: You excel in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration across different regions and departments to ensure seamless integration of global processes.
