about-project :


  • The End User Computing Technical Lead at Cytiva is responsible for managing tooling, baseline and configuration of the end user computing estate and maintaining or provisioning computing capabilities for the business.
  • This position is part of the Infrastructure and Operations Client Technologies Endpoint Management Team, reporting to the End User Computing Technical Architect, located in UK and will be an on-site role in Krakow or Warsaw OR remote across Poland.

responsibilities :


  • Operate as the Subject Matter Expert for Global End User Computing, seeking opportunities for optimization and standardization with peers across Global Danaher organization.
  • Lead project and change implementation for the End User Computing estate and assist the EUC Technical architect with roadmap implementation.
  • Administrate and maintain endpoint management tools and associated technologies, supporting audit and compliance activities when required.
  • Work with IT, business and vendor stakeholders on solutions, provide Level 4 support and mentoring to IT personnel.
  • Effectively identify problems using ITSM, endpoint analytics and management tooling; drive towards resolution, including escalation to vendors.
  • Produce and maintain quality technical documentation, guides and reports.

requirements-expected :


  • Passion for IT and understanding of emerging endpoint technologies.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an SME for endpoint computing working with Intune MDM/MAM, Autopilot and SCCM – strengthened by minimum of 2 years’ experience operating as a Technical Lead in an End User Computing role.
  • Excellent knowledge of application packaging, policy and profile configuration, and deployment in controlled environments.
  • Competent in PowerShell, in developing and deploying code-based solutions.
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Server and Desktop lifecycle, Active Directory, Entra ID.
  • Excellent verbal, written and documentation skills including stakeholder engagement with ability to articulate to technical and non-technical users.
  • Outstanding judgement and strong analytical skills; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, parallel tasks and projects – backed up by eagerness to travel.
