Drive the implementation of global and regional Shared Services Centers (SSCs) as part of the HR NEXT Transformation program, ensuring alignment with the business case, strategic objectives, and key stakeholders across regions.
Responsibilities
- Shape the SSC mission, vision, and interaction model together with the HR NEXT program, customers, and HR parties.
- Align SSC budgets, capacities, and implementation timelines with Regional HR and program leads.
- Ensure compliant, efficient HR processes covering the full employee lifecycle and data security.
- Plan and execute successful rollout through coordinated stakeholder collaboration, clear documentation, and knowledge transfer to Global and regional HR Responsible, CoEs, and Country HR.
- Lead project work with clear timelines, milestones, interdependencies, and documented operating procedures and guidelines.
- Functionally oversee global and regional SSC operations in partnership with Regional HR and CoEs.
- Build, develop, and retain high‑performing SSC teams, in alignment with OneMAHLE HR principles.
- Drive capacity planning and cost budgeting across all SSCs.
- Champion change readiness and continuous improvement of HR SSC setup, including system optimization and exploration of AI opportunities.
- Establish KPIs, monitor results, and drive customer satisfaction through a metrics‑based, lean, and service‑oriented culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience managing intercultural, diverse teams in SSC/BPO or HR Operations settings.
- Expertise in HR service migration, including transition strategies, concept development, and global implementation.
- Strong business acumen, understanding of stakeholder needs, and ability to align HR services with business goals.
- Track record in managing international HR projects and implementing SSCs in a multi‑site environment.
- Academic degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder‑management skills, including change management and strategic planning.
- Analytical and conceptual abilities, capable of translating complex problems into practical solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with HR IT systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP HR, UKG PeopleDoc), Microsoft 365 tools, and ticketing platforms.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Solution‑oriented, inclusive, and change‑driven mindset with focus on customer value and continuous improvement.
