Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage diverse HR data initiatives that support Haleons strategic objectives and enhance workforce optimization.
- Perform targeted analyses and in-depth explorations of HR topics to deliver actionable insights that inform business strategies and decisions.
- Develop and present insights to HR leadership, simplifying complex data into clear, engaging stories.
- Collaborate with HR leads, HR Business Leads, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to identify data requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
- Contribute to the design and execution of HR projects and initiatives, leveraging data to guide decision-making.
- Provide support to HR dashboard users by addressing queries, facilitating adoption efforts, leading training sessions, and creating user-friendly guidelines.
- Continuously explore opportunities to improve existing HR analytics frameworks, identify gaps, and recommend new tools or methodologies to enhance the organizations ability to leverage data for competitive advantage.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics, integrating relevant insights into Haleons practices to maintain a cutting-edge approach to human capital management.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in HR analytics
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and data analysis within vast datasets
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems, processes, key metrics, industry practices, and employment laws.
- Proven experience handling sensitive and confidential data, with a strong grasp of data privacy and compliance principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to work efficiently with large datasets.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear and effective messages.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication abilities in both written and spoken formats.
