Global Head of Investigations & Compliance is a key role driving transparency, accountability, and ethical leadership across international operations. ? The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Group Head of Compliance (London), you’ll:

• Lead and manage global investigations into fraud, bribery, corruption (ABAC), and misconduct.
• Oversee the Speak Up framework, ensuring consistent governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen and embed Anti‑Bribery & Corruption (ABC), AML/CTF, and broader compliance frameworks.
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, offering clear, pragmatic, and commercially aware advice.
• Manage and mentor a small team, fostering collaboration across legal, audit, and business units.
• Deliver training, policy design, and compliance risk assessments.
• Provide specialist input on compliance in M&A due diligence and integration.
• Deputise for the Group Head of Compliance when required.

? What You’ll Bring

You’re an experienced investigations and compliance professional who can navigate complexity, influence with integrity, and manage sensitive matters discreetly and effectively.

✅ 7+ years’ experience leading corporate investigations within a listed or multinational organisation. Experience in compliance, investigations, or ABC/AML risk management.

✅ Deep knowledge of the UK Bribery Act, US FCPA, and international compliance standards.

✅ Proven ability to lead investigations and develop compliance frameworks in global environments.

✅ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Degree-qualified, ideally with a background in law, audit, or Big 4 consultancy.
