British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Global Graduate in Warsaw! Its one of a kind 18‑month managerial programme thats geared specifically for high‑potential individuals. Goal of it? To lay the foundation for your successful and internationally oriented leadership career in BAT.
As a Global Management Trainee, you’ll have the opportunity to rotate through various positions to fully understand the dynamics of our market. All of it in a diverse and multinational environment with accountability from day one through self‑driven projects.
During the programme you will rotate through BAT Finance Departments, and execute projects vital for your managerial development. You will discover how Corporate, Commercial, Reporting, Forecasting & Planning Departments work together to achieve business results.
After successful completion of the programme you’ll become Junior manager in finance area. Based on your performance, you may also receive an opportunity to go for an international rotation.
