Global FP&A Specialist

Location:  Warsaw, MZ, PL

As Global FP&A Specialist, you will support global transformation initiatives, you will be dedicated to drive a variety of Projects and Profitability analyses. 

What you will do:  

• Monitor cost development and execution (material cost, direct and indirect labor, indirect spend) 
• Bring insight on Standard costing improvement, absorption monitoring, inventory valuation 
• Implement work standardization across the global network 
• Establish robust Finance processes and implement strong internal controls 
• Support transformation initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required  
• Build productivity Project Business Case end to end, (P&L, improvement of Working Capital and CAPEX) 

What you need to have:  

• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience within a corporate environment 
• Ideally manufacturing background or Supply Chain experience 
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams globally 
• Ability to drive business decisions across the organization 
• Strong understanding of finance and operations 
• Ability to understand business activities with a view broader than just the finance function 
• Experience in a matrix organization 
• Experience in SAP is required 
• English is required and any other European main language is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish)
