Global FIS Application Owner – IT Business Analyst. Location: Krakow, Poland / Mumbai, India (hybrid – 2/3 days per week in the office).

Help us shape the future of digital payments at Galderma. We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Business Analyst to take ownership of our global FIS-powered payments and treasury platform. This is a critical role supporting Galderma’s worldwide finance operations, offering high-impact work, deep technical engagement, and the chance to shape the future of cash management across over 60 countries.
You’ll lead the configuration, optimisation, and rollout of our payment and treasury applications, integrating with major banks, ERPs, and payment networks to deliver secure, efficient operations at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Global Application Owner for Galderma’s FIS Payment and Treasury platform, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operations across all regions.
- Collaborate with global Finance and Treasury stakeholders to shape the platform roadmap and translate requirements into actionable technical plans.
- Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and solution evaluations for new markets, functionalities, or compliance requirements.
- Manage platform upgrades, global rollouts, and technical integrations (e.g., with M3, iScala, Oracle, SWIFT, and banking APIs).
- Own vendor relationships, oversee release management, and serve as the primary escalation point for support issues.
- Monitor and drive performance improvements through operational KPIs, user feedback, and automation of treasury processes.
- Maintain platform documentation, compliance evidence, and ensure audit readiness across regions.
- Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, and Finance to uphold payment controls, segregation of duties, and platform security standards.
Experience And Qualifications
- 3+ years in an IT Application Owner or Business Analyst role, with a focus on payment or treasury systems (preferably FIS).
- Demonstrated experience managing global SaaS applications and multi-country rollouts in the finance/treasury space.
- Success working in matrix organizations with complex stakeholder environments.
- Deep familiarity with payment integrations (banking APIs, SWIFT, host-to-host), ERP integration (M3, iScala, Oracle), and treasury workflows.
- Strong process knowledge of digital payments and treasury operations.
- Hands-on experience configuring FIS for digital payments.
- Integrity - Level 1 Certification required.
