Job Description
- Coordinate global field action activities to ensure compliance and timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement action plans.
- Monitor and report on the progress of field action initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and organisational standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all field action projects.
- Identify potential risks and recommend solutions to mitigate these effectively.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Global Field Action Coordinator should have:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in coordinating projects within the Medical industry.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Familiarity with standards, regulations, and competent authorities such as US 21 CFR 210, 211, and 820, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, EU MDR, IVDR, Health Canada, ANVISA.
