Job Description:

We are looking for candidates to join our Global HR Department as a Global Employer Branding Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing the employer branding strategy for Simon-Kucher worldwide, ensuring alignment with our values across all our offices. Additionally, this role will involve close collaboration on recruitment marketing campaigns.

How you will create an impact:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive global employer branding strategy that aligns with our values and business goals.
  2. Refine and communicate our unique Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top talent.
  3. Collaborate with Global Marketing, local HR teams, ESG, and DEI to ensure cohesive and aligned employer branding efforts.
  4. Create and implement innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent across diverse geographies.
  5. Generate concepts and content for a positive and appealing online presence on our career website and global employer branding platforms.
  6. Develop and execute global campus marketing initiatives to attract top talent from universities and business schools.
  7. Conduct market research to understand target group preferences, needs, and industry trends to refine our employer branding strategies.
  8. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.

Your profile:

  1. At least 5 years of professional experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Marketing or similar, ideally in an international environment in the consulting or other professional services industry.
  2. You have a deep understanding of recruiting channels, job boards, employer brand portals and tools that support hiring activities (i.e., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Google Analytics etc.).
  3. You have experience in the organization and implementation of challenging projects and campaigns and know which tools and methods will help you.
  4. You are fluent in English, have strong communication skills and interact confidently with a wide range of different stakeholders.
  5. A bachelors degree in human resource management, marketing, communications, or related fields.
