Join Lapp Business Services as a Global Data Protection Counsel with German (part-time/50%) (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Maintenance, operation, and further development of our global data protection management system.
- Providing data protection legal advice to LAPP subsidiaries worldwide.
- Defining and further developing (global) standard processes in the field of data protection.
- Central point of contact for data protection for data protection officers and data protection coordinators of the LAPP subsidiaries.
- Coordinating inquiries from Lapp Holding SE to the (external) data protection officer or external legal data protection consultants.
- Conception, coordination, and implementation of (global) training measures on data protection.
- Developing, coordinating, and publishing data protection regulations as well as reviewing and evaluating contracts with relevance to data protection.
- Managing, updating, maintaining, or preparing data protection documents.
Requirements
- Degree in business law, business administration, or economics with a focus on law, or comparable qualifications.
- Several years of professional experience in data protection and/or IT law and ideally recognized data protection qualifications.
- Good knowledge in project management.
- Independent, confidential, goal-oriented, and structured working style.
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills as well as motivation and team spirit.
- Excellent English and good German language skills.
