Description

As a Continuous Improvement Expert, you are responsible for leading projects and initiatives to continuously improve our services, processes, and governance framework along the Voice of Customer. Analyzing customer feedback data on various IT-related services and synthesizing those insights with the goal of informing, supporting, and influencing IT stakeholders to continuously improve the customer/user experience.

How youll make an impact:

• Run or support strategic improvement projects and deliver process management utilizing L6S and other CI methodologies like PDCA and 8D.
• Identify and track costs/benefits associated with improvements; manage the CI Pipeline.
• Distill large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data into synthesized, actionable insights by using various statistical methods, such as correlations and regressions.
• Train, coach, and create relevant material.
• Analyze data and provide relevant reports while leading improvement initiatives.
• Derive insights and conclusions based on the data.
• Apply knowledge of Customer Value and Voice of the Customer concepts based on Lean Six Sigma within assigned responsibilities.
• Continuously improve the data collection, measurement, and analysis process.
• Constantly review project processes and tools for quality and costs to guarantee operational excellence and propose improvements.
• Convey compelling insights to varying levels within the organization using storytelling techniques and delivering presentations.

Your background:

• 5 years of professional working experience as a Continuous Improvement specialist.
• L6S BB Certification preferable; GB certification as a minimum with a proven record of successful L6S trainings.
• Professional experience in IT preferred, or in transactional business as a minimum.
• Strong experience with mTab and data management and visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of MS tools and Power BI.
