With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.**Position Overview**The Global Contingent Workforce Program Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s contingent workforce strategy & execution on a global scale. This position ensures that the business effectively leverages temporary workers, contractors, SOW consultants, freelancers, and gig talent to meet evolving operational needs, drive efficiency, and maintain compliance with local and international regulations.## Key Responsibilities* CW Program Strategic Leadership:* Develop and execute a comprehensive global contingent workforce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.* Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the flexible talent market to ensure competitive advantage.* Ensure end to end process and program execution* Continuously improve program processes, policies, compliance and overall performanceOperational Excellence:* Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contingent workers, including sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.* Implement best practices and technology solutions to optimize workforce management, vendor relationships, and cost efficiency.Compliance and Risk Management:* Ensure global compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies across multiple jurisdictions.* Mitigate risks related to co-employment, classification, and data privacy.Stakeholder Engagement:* Collaborate with business leaders, IT, procurement, and legal teams to understand talent needs and deliver solutions.* Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including staffing agencies, MSPs, and technology vendors (VMS).Data-Driven Decision Making:* Establish metrics and reporting to track contingent workforce effectiveness, spend, and compliance.* Leverage analytics to inform strategy, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.Change Management:* Lead organizational change initiatives related to contingent talent adoption, ensuring alignment and buy-in at all levels.* Develop and deliver training, communications, and support for managers and teams working with contingent talent.## Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.* Experience in workforce management, HR, procurement, or related disciplines, with significant exposure to contingent workforce programs.* Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-country contingent workforce initiatives.* Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) certification a plus* Deep understanding of global labour markets, employment law, and vendor management.* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.* Experience with HRIS, VMS, and other workforce management technologies.* Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multicultural environment.## Reporting and LocationThis role reports to the Global Head of Total Talent and will be located in our Global Hub in Cracow / Poland (Hybrid).
