• Own and execute salary benchmarking and market pricing using external survey data.
• Support annual merit, bonus, and other compensation related processes.
• Take part in design, implement, and maintain short-term and long-term incentive plans.

• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and global internal policies.
Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as a key contributor to global C&B projects and harmonization initiatives.
• Support organizational change and restructuring from a C&B perspective.
• Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and business leaders.
Process Improvement & Digitalization
• Drive automation and digitalization of compensation and benefits processes.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Continuously improve workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Analytics & Reporting
• Prepare executive-level presentations and insights.
• Deliver annual and ad-hoc reporting on compensation, benefits, and people cost metrics.
Required Experience & Qualifications are:
• 6–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a global or multinational organisation.
• Proven hands-on experience in:
• Salary benchmarking and survey management
• Merit and annual compensation review cycles
• Incentive plan design and implementation
Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, large datasets).
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong executive presentation and verbal communication skills.
Soft Skills:
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience designing or supporting global benefits frameworks.
• Experience in automation and digitalization of C&B processes.
• Experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, or post-merger integration.
