Key Responsibilities

• Lead one of the site works categories together with core and extended team to have goal-oriented collaboration with external and internal stakeholder groups.
• Develop and execute category strategies with internal stakeholders in alignment with growth targets, keeping enhanced focus on cost‑competitive countries sourcing.
• Lead a matrix category team with a balanced mix of commercial, technical, and regional expertise.
• Conduct supplier, industry, and market research to inform sourcing strategies and decisions.
• Ensure supplier base capable of developing quality, delivery, cost, and capacity and demand challenges.
• Conduct competitive tenders and negotiations to achieve cost savings and favorable contractual terms.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, approval processes, and ISO standards.

Requirements for Success

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Category Management or Sourcing in industrial sector in international organizations.
• Experience in project site services / construction site workforce contracting and management is a strong asset.
• Experience in global sourcing or supplier consolidation programs.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
