Location & Work Setup

  • Based in Warsaw, the office is located in the city’s business center.
  • Frequent travels across European markets as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Growth: Develop and execute business plans to expand market share across key European markets.
  • Channel Development: Strengthen partnerships with distributors, large retailers, and specialty baby stores. Identify and onboard new sales channels to grow brand presence.
  • Business Expansion: Leverage existing brand recognition to deepen penetration in current markets while preparing for new global opportunities.
  • Customer & Partner Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with distributors, partners, and retailers. Provide support and ensure successful cooperation at every stage.
  • Go‑to‑Market Execution: Lead product launches, trade promotions, and participation in key industry events to maximize visibility.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with international teams in marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure aligned execution.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate agreements that create long‑term value for both the company and its partners.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on performance, pipeline, and market dynamics, delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive global sales and distribution growth within the baby products, juvenile goods, or FMCG segment, or related categories.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage key accounts (distributors, baby stores, large retail chains, online marketplaces).
  • Strong background in customer and retailer engagement, with the ability to turn insights into measurable sales results.
  • Flexible, mobile, and open to Saturday work (with a compensatory day off provided during the week).
  • Valid driving license.
