Getting to know each other - What does the recruitment process look like?

• 30 Interview with a Global Talent Partner.
• Task Assessment: A real-life exercise simulating the work you would do here. Youll have a few days to prepare.
• 60 Interview with the Hiring Team to discuss your experience and the results of your task assessment, as if you were already part of the team.
• 60 Interview with the Hiring Manager and Lead of the team to discuss your experience and assess your leadership skills.
