Main Purpose of the Role

We are supporting a leading international financial services organization in their search for a Global Brokerage Rates Administrator to join their team in Warsaw. The organization is recognized for its commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and professional development. Their Warsaw office plays a strategic role in supporting both regional and global functions, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

The Global Brokerage Rates Administrator will support the Head of Global Brokerage Rates in managing and maintaining brokerage rate agreements across the firm’s international client base. This position offers exceptional exposure to internal and external stakeholders, including Front, Middle and Back Office teams, as well as clients globally. The successful candidate will be expected to add value from day one and will receive comprehensive on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

Core Tasks:

  • Support the negotiation and administration of brokerage rate contracts for the company and its affiliated entities worldwide.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis of client brokerage requests to ensure accuracy and commercial alignment.
  • Perform strategic and ad hoc business analysis to identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Prepare and deliver reports for senior management, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
  • Undertake market research and competitor benchmarking to inform rate strategy and client discussions.
  • Maintain awareness of Conduct Risk issues, including potential harm to client interests, market integrity, and fair competition, ensuring all practices adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.

Skills and Experience

Required:

  • Excellent communication skills across all channels (verbal, written, and email).
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, with proven attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
  • Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Ideally 1–2 years of post-graduate experience, though recent graduates with strong potential will be considered.
