We are an international medical corporation, providing products and services in the healthcare industry offering life-saving essential drugs and medical devices for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. ??

Our Shared Service Center in Wroclaw has existed since August 2014 and brings together accountants working for 16 European markets. There are already 300 of us, but we are still growing and expanding our scope of operations.

Responsibilities

This is how your responsibilities would look like: ?

• Manage a team up to 12 people,
• Prioritize and process daily business requirements with regards to relevant accounting process, Coordinate and actively contribute to the performance of the team,
• Understand and challenge the accounting processes in scope,
• Monitor performance of the team, including design and measurement of relevant KPIs and target levels,
• Maintain good relations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective leadership and providing high quality of service,
• Participate in special projects and activities assigned by Process Manager,
• Identify process improvement and standardization opportunities, and support implementation process.

Requirements

We also need to have some requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience working in finance & accounting (preferably in SSC) and experience in leading a team,
• Experience in one of the accounting processes (ATR, OTC/CM),
• University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting or equivalent,
• Good knowledge of English,
• Good knowledge of SAP or similar ERP or accounting software,
• Excellent organization, problem solving & attention to details skills,
• Excellent leadership skills,
• Goal-driven team management skills,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Ability to work well with other cultures,
• Willingness to undertake new challenges.
