Responsibilities:

• Lead the team through mid-month, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, meeting all deadlines.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time in line with internal SLAs by supporting the team and providing guidance.
• Build and develop good working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Accountable for the creation and maintenance of detailed transactional GBS documentation for the processes in scope and establishing the process for updating it to ensure Core Services are executed in line with Corporate and local accounting requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement, gaps in efficiency, and recommend actions. Provide support to continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with all JSOX and operational controls.

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 5+ years of experience in a multinational company, including preferably 2 years of managerial experience in a Shared Service Centre multifunction role (i.e., Fixed Assets / General Ledger / Material Ledger).
• Excellent understanding of the Fixed Asset, GL, and ML end-to-end processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective prioritization skills to manage workload.
• Strive for professional development and be results-oriented.
• Open-minded, positive thinking, and able to see opportunities for change.
• Effective team leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of SAP preferred.
