• Manage daily team operations, supporting RTR Tower Lead in team development, career planning and recruitment. 
• Drive process standardization and efficiency within the team.
• Ensure precise financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. 
• Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance for data integrity and regulatory adherence.
• Ensure intercompany reconciliations and compliance with internal and SOX controls, meeting the SLA targets set for the team.
• Collaborate with auditors, consolidation teams, and stakeholders, supporting team development and recruitment.

• Experience in a Shared Services environment
• Knowledge of Finance in general and General Ledger in particular
• Practical experience managing operations' performance (SLAs, KPIs)
• Advanced English (min. B2/C1)
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
• Knowledge of SAP Finance
• Knowledge of US GAAP s, SOX control and reporting standards procedure

• Hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely)
• International environment
• Location: Warsaw (Mokotów)
• Temporary employment contract /B2B 3-4 month
