For our Client, a global leader in the production of high-quality cosmetics, skincare, hair care, and bath and body products, we are seeking an experienced GL Accounting Specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing and verifying invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. Recording and processing incoming invoices in the accounting system.
3. Handling outgoing invoices and credit notes efficiently and accurately.
4. Tracking and reconciling customer payments to maintain financial transparency.
5. Managing and maintaining general ledger accounts for accurate financial reporting.
6. Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes.
7. Conducting profitability analyses and post-mortem reviews.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in accounting areas.
2. Fluent in both Polish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
4. Working knowledge in controlling, enabling effective financial analysis and reporting.
5. Strong ability to work independently.
6. Flexibility to visit the office in Wałbrzych twice a week as needed.
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a focus on Excel for financial data management.
