Responsibilities:

• Preparing financial statements and periodic reports.
• Posting transactions in the general ledger.
• Maintaining registers of fixed assets, accruals, and other accounting records.
• Reconciling general ledger balances with subsidiary (auxiliary) ledgers.
• Consolidating and confirming balances and transactions within group companies.
• Participating in activities related to the month-end closing proces.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Creating and updating process documentation.
• Participating in projects aimed at improving existing processes.
• Actively cooperating with other departments, company entities, and trading partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in the finance area; experience within a BPO/SSC environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Very good command of English.
• High level of diligence, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to develop within an international organization.
• Strong motivation, energy, and drive to succeed.
