As a GL Tax Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and tax compliance.

Key tasks include:

• Statutory and Tax account reconciliations
• US GAAP andamp; STAT ledger analysis
• Tax Provision file preparation andamp; posting
• Provision-to-Return analysis andamp; postings - reconciling tax filings with tax provisions
• CIT SFS pack preparation – preparing reconciliations for tax disclosure notes in statutory financial statements
• Tax Journal Entries – preparing and posting tax-related journal entries
• Flux Analysis – investigating and explaining financial variances
• Process Improvement andamp; System testing – driving improvements and participating in system enhancements

We seek a driven, analytical, and detail oriented individual with:

• Experience minimum 2 years in accounting, preferably in BPO structures, with a tax background.
• Expertise strong financial accounting knowledge and experience
• Technical skills advanced Excel skills
• Analytical mindset ability to manage complex accounts and large data volumes
• Communication collaboration excellent written and spoken English, with good presentation skills and demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment while being comfortable with navigating change
• Self starter attitude independent, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to adapt and deliver under tight deadlines
• International working experience will be an asset
• Availability to work 5 days per month from Warsaw office (office is located at 26 Przyokopowa Street)
