As a GL Tax Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Statutory and tax account reconciliations
• US GAAP & statutory ledger analysis
• Tax provision file preparation & posting
• Provision‑to‑return analysis & postings – reconciling tax filings with tax provisions
• CIT SFS pack preparation – reconciling tax disclosure notes in statutory financial statements
• Tax journal entries – preparing and posting tax‑related journal entries
• Flux analysis – investigating and explaining financial variances
• Process improvement & system testing – driving improvements and participating in system enhancements

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years in accounting, preferably in BPO structures, with a tax background
• Strong financial accounting knowledge and experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Analytical mindset – ability to manage complex accounts and large data volumes
• Excellent written and spoken English, with good presentation skills and demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Self‑starter attitude – independent, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to adapt and deliver under tight deadlines
• International working experience will be an asset
• Availability to work 5 days per month from Warsaw office (office located at 26 Przyokopowa Street)
