GL Accountant Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Proper execution of accounting processes for production/service entity End-to-End Month End Close activities Preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to international accounting standards Participation in the preparation of the financial statement according to local law Intercompany balances reconciliation and postings Day-to-day journal postings and accounts reconciliations in area of GL/FA Supervision and cooperation with accounting teams (AR, AP, Treasury) Cooperation with internal/external auditors Other monthly / quarterly reporting activities, including support for managerial P&L review Documentation of existing processes Ad hoc reporting Our requirements Education (i.e., university) in finance or accounting, minimum bachelor’s degree Very good understanding of finance and accounting, ideally in production environment At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting of production entity At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting Analytical skills and high business acumen Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access knowledge will be an asset High level of integrity, ethics Very good command of English Good command of German will be an asset 60% office attendance required (3 days from office / 2 days home office) What we offer Up to 6 weeks of induction training with one of experienced colleagues The wide range of responsibilities of the post, which means that the work is not monotonous Stable employment in a dynamically developing company Flexible working hours & hybrid mode enabled [3 days from office, 2 days from home Competitive salary package, and benefits like sport card, medical care, life insurance Wellbeing is not an empty platitude for us, but we will tell you much more about it during your recruitment meeting You can join a company that does things, that matter to all of us.
