Job Title: GL Accountant

Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid)



Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
• Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports.
• Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
• Reconciling accounts with the general ledger.
• Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.
• Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.

Qualifications:

• College graduate preferably with Finance / Economy specialization.
• Experience in accounting.
• 2+ years work in finance/accounting and GL. SSC environment will be an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to learn.
• Experience with data analytics will be an advantage.
• Collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent in both English & Polish language including professional vocabulary.
• Even better if you know German, Italian, French, and Spanish languages.
