We are looking for juniors, as well as mid and senior specialists! Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine General Ledger activities (entries, compliance with standards)
- Maintain precision and efficiency during monthly and annual closing cycles
- Review operational activities to understand their financial impact
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls, including thorough balance sheet reconciliations
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial information
- Prepare and evaluate audit materials, acting as a key liaison for both internal and external auditors
- Serve as a trusted accounting advisor to cross‑functional teams
- Deliver ad‑hoc analysis, information
- Assess operational workflows
- Fixed assets, financial reporting
Qualifications and skills (mandatory): - English - B2/C1
- Experience in the GL area - at least 1 year of experience
- SAP or other ERP system knowledge
- Microsoft Excel skills
Nice to have: - Polish language skills
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Finance / Accounting background - university degree
Details of the offer: - Working for an international company
- 4 times per week from the office, 1 time per week from home
- Office located in Katowice and Częstochowa
