• Preparing financial statements and periodic reports
• Posting transactions in the general ledger
• Maintaining registers of fixed assets, accruals, and other accounting records
• Reconciling general ledger balances with subsidiary (auxiliary) ledgers
• Consolidating and confirming balances and transactions within group companies
• Participating in activities related to the month-end closing proces
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Creating and updating process documentation
• Participating in projects aimed at improving existing processes
• Actively cooperating with other departments, company entities, and trading partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in the finance area; experience within a BPO/SSC environment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Very good command of English
• High level of diligence, reliability, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to develop within an international organization
• Strong motivation, energy, and drive to succeed
