For our client, a global leader in the energy sector, setting the direction for development in the areas of oil, gas, and innovative low‑emission solutions, we are looking for a candidate for the position of GKA Data Coordinator.

If you are a dynamic and motivated individual eager to take on a global role in driving growth for some of Global Lubricants’ most strategic and exciting customers, this opportunity within the PLM team of GKA Marketing could be the perfect fit. The Global Key Accounts (GKA) business manages around 60 of the most critical global accounts, delivering consistent year‑on‑year growth and handling approximately 650 million USD C3, 700 SKUs, and over 800 million liters annually. Portfolio and Product Artwork activities play a vital role in ensuring this business operates efficiently and successfully.

As a GKA Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Labels Analysts and Portfolio Managers.

Requirements:

• Deliver high-quality work in tight timelines by managing your own time and tasks effectively
• Experienced in working virtually in a multicultural environment
• Proven excellent project management skills to deliver multiple projects of different sizes and complexity
• Create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, Excellent problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach
• You must be organized, diligent, and ready to work hard in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

Preferred requirements:

• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Python, VBA – with AI support
• Being process‑driven and improvement‑focused, knowing some of the Continuous Improvement methodologies

Duties and responsibilities:

• Scope: Global – 80 markets.
• Manage incoming working items, Master Data creation, Barcode creation, support administrative tasks of Labels Analysts and Portfolio Manager
• Involvement in upcoming projects with reporting and supporting with data
• Coordinating Label Change Requests with Product Artwork Managers
• Process & Data Improvement within the scope of GKA Marketing
