Collaborates with others to understand different points of view and arrives at clear definition of opportunities and be seen as the “go-to” person for other teams in relation to the digital product catalog.
Understands the customer needs and translates them into user stories that are valuable, feasible, and usable to be prioritized in the product backlog that aligns with available engineering capacity and is aligned to the defined roadmap.
Communicates the status of the digital product to stakeholders.
Drives the strategy for the digital products, defines the roadmap, and guides the digital product team on “what” should be built.
Makes data-driven decisions based on complex, multivariable environments.
Creates personas, user journeys, user flows.
Develops and run experiments to validate or disprove concepts.
Drives Agile ceremonies, and work with agile teams to bring their digital products to life.
Wymagania
3-5 years of Product Management experience
3-5 years of Agile experience
Bachelors Degree
Oferujemy
Previous experience supporting supply chain/Manufacturing domains
Previous experience with data and analytics solutions
