As a VIP team leader, your role is to manage a team of VIP Account managers, ensure their daily tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and completely on a daily basis, and lead the team toward reaching and surpassing their goals.

Lead by example by assisting in the development of the team processes and procedures. Focus on surpassing targets on a monthly basis through proactive and reactive actions to be taken by your team.

• Manage the overall running of the VIP team
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure VIP Managers grow within their roles
• Achieve progress and hit VIP targets by successfully managing the team and assessing the team’s strengths and addressing weaknesses
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships
• Manage and understand your team’s markets and KPIs and take appropriate action to capitalize on opportunities and fill gaps
• Improve current procedures and implement new processes
• Weekly reporting on team and market performance
• Conduct regular 1:1s and performance management
• Other tasks assigned by Head or Director of Department

Job Requirements / Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent German
• Gambling industry knowledge and experience is a must
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent understanding of VIP Player Management
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Scheduling and work planning
• Presenting and reporting skills

Education / Experience

• Worked in a VIP role for 2 years or more
• Good understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamics
• Strong leadership skills with ability to drive a VIP team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Understanding of numbers and targets
• Fluent in German
