We are looking for a German-Speaking Service Desk Agent to support one of our clients. As a German-Speaking Service Desk Agent, your role is to provide exceptional technical support to our client, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly. You will assist end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
This position requires regular travel to our client’s site in Germany, where you will work onsite for two weeks each month, followed by two weeks of remote work. All travel expenses are fully covered by us.
Your responsibilities include offering technical support, managing the client’s IT systems, and resolving issues quickly. You will ensure customer satisfaction by responding effectively to their concerns in German. Clear communication and collaboration with your team are essential to success in this role.

You must be fluent in German, with English proficiency as a plus. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to diagnose and fix IT issues. Flexibility is key, as you’ll travel to Germany regularly and occasionally visit our Krakow office. You should also be a team player, able to manage time efficiently, and contribute to a positive work environment. Experience with Active Directory or other IT systems and a background in customer service will be beneficial.
