We organize the E-commerce Berlin Expo – one of Germany's most recognized e-commerce events. From our Poznań office, we manage year-round operations, connecting the e-commerce community across Europe.

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist based in Poznań (hybrid work model) to drive sales and grow our network in the German-speaking market. You’ll handle qualified leads, manage the full sales cycle, and develop new business opportunities. We’re seeking someone with proven B2B sales and partnership experience, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or events. You’ll also represent us at the E-commerce Berlin Expo and other key industry events across Europe.

Fluency in German is a must

About us:

  • Location: Poznań

  • Team size: 15–20 people

  • Industry: Event organization (trade fairs & conferences)

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives to acquire and secure key clients in the German-speaking market

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing high-value deals, with strategic oversight

  • Develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with existing clients and strategic partners

  • Represent the company at major industry events across Europe, shaping relationships and identifying new business opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent German and English, comfortable with day-to-day business communication and negotiations; knowledge of Polish is a plus but not required

  • Proven ability to drive B2B sales and develop partnerships, with 5+ years of experience closing high-value deals and fostering strong client relationships

  • Strategic and proactive communicator, experienced in managing high-value clients and complex negotiations

  • A genuine interest in e-commerce, tech, or the events industry is a plus
