Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage new and existing advertisers, building strong relationships and identifying business needs to offer performance‑enhancing advertising strategies.
- Consult and upsell Google Ads solutions by analyzing client objectives, optimizing campaigns, and improving ad spend efficiency.
- Provide strategic digital marketing advice, ensuring clients achieve maximum impact from their advertising investment.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving revenue growth while maintaining a superior customer experience.
- Communicate via phone, video calls, and email, guiding clients through campaign set‑up, optimization, and expansion.
Requirements
- Native‑level German (C2/C1) and fluent English proficiency.
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, PPC, or media buying.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Expertise in Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube, and related digital marketing platforms is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional presentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
