We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions, located in Szczecin, Poland. This is an ideal opportunity to join a dynamic, multilingual team and build a career in customer support for the German market.
What Youll Do
- Deliver written customer support in German (email, chat) for the German market, with occasional phone contacts.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing prior interactions and using internal systems.
- Process manual refunds and handle GDPR-related complaints accurately and empathetically.
- Work across multiple systems while maintaining high precision and quality in each interaction.
- Perform full-time, on-site in Szczecin, working rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday 09:00-18:00).
What You Bring
- Fluent German (C1) and fluent English (C1), both written and spoken.
- Excellent written communication skills able to clearly explain solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Patience, empathy and emotional resilience.
- Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute + solid computer literacy.
- Availability to work full-time on site in Szczecin, Poland (EU work permit or eligible).
