Hi! Have you ever done laundry at work? Strange? ... With us its normal ? We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/RTV equipment/IT equipment, and we have so much equipment in the office that you will almost feel at home.

Tasks

• Provide technical support to equipment users.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Provide information on products and their functionality.
• Enter requests into the system.

Requirements

• Very good command of German.
• Good command of English.
• Basic knowledge of household appliances (e.g., refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Communicativeness, willingness to learn.
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Availability for a minimum of 120 hrs per month.

• Screening – initial phone or e‑mail contact.
• Language test.

What we offer

• Civil contract with a rate of PLN 50,00 gross/hour.
• Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.
• The possibility of arranging a convenient collaboration schedule; the project works on Monday‑Friday 9:00‑18:00, and Saturday 10:00‑16:00.
• The possibility of switching to hybrid work after 2 months – after training and the first month of independent work with good performance and obtaining the managers permission.
• Hybrid work model: 3 weeks from home, 1 week from the office.
