Job Description:

• Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound cold calls and emails

• Identify key stakeholders and generate interest from potential clients

• Contribute to the development of training materials and work instructions

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty

• Communicate with internal and external teams via email, phone, and CRM tools

• Collaborate efficiently with upstream and downstream departments

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment

• Solid understanding of supply chain management

• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms (preferred)

• Fluent German (minimum C1) and good English (minimum B1)

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

• Comfortable handling a high volume of daily calls

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal stakeholders

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Good understanding of KPIs and SLAs
