Job Title: Remote German-Speaking Customer Advisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote German-Speaking Customer Advisor. In this role, you will provide exceptional service and support to our German-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as assisting customers through online communication channels. You will be helping customers with product-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving common issues to ensure their satisfaction.

This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service via inbound and outbound calls and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, troubleshooting, and resolving routine issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer details.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring that all interactions meet the established service quality standards.

Requirements:

• German: C1 (strong B2 may be considered)
• English: B2
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work within available shifts (7:00 AM - 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday). Night shifts may be required but are not mandatory.
