Responsibilities:

• Help customers over the phone with their questions about payments and cards.
• Solve problems, follow company rules, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with teams and partners to ensure smooth processes.

Our requirements:

• Speak and write German (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1).
• Be positive, a team player, and open to learning new things.
• Be ready to work different shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Nice to have:

• Experience in customer service - if you dont have any experience, dont be afraid, we will teach you everything.

• Employment contract, with salary: 8400-11500 PLN gross/month (based on your experience).
