Identify, analyze, and propose solutions to emerging Customer Relationship Management problems
Advising on emerging technical/ tool/ system queries
Testing the functionality of implemented CRM tools
Conducting training for the target group on the implemented CRM processes and tools
university degree – Business IT or Computer Science preferred
professional experience in Microsoft CRM / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - including experience in implementation process
knowledge of English at a communicative level - at min. Technical skills:
knowledge of CRM modules: knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure and Low-Code/ No-Code will be nice to have
Over 30 years on the Polish market
