Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a remarkable opportunity for a German Speaking B2B Sales Representative to work in Poland, with all relocation expenses paid. This position is perfect for driven individuals who are fluent in German and have a strong background in B2B sales.
Base pay range: PLN25,500.00/yr – PLN28,000.00/yr.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and improve service delivery to clients.
- Attend training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is essential.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage clients.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
- A demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage accounts successfully.
- Willingness to relocate to Poland for this position.
- Capability to adapt to working in a multicultural environment with diverse clients.
- 2+ years of sales experience and/or business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.
