Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international clients. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive payroll and HR administration services across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
German Payroll SpecialistYour future role:
- Comprehensive monthly payroll operations processing for international client.
- Customer service on Salesforce system.
- Ensuring accurate and timely in‑house payroll processing.
- Preparing statutory reports and payments, monthly reports and other payroll operations activities.
- Experience in preparing yearly activities, including comprehensive end‑to‑end year‑end process and compliance fillings.
- Ability to identify compliance remediations and work around the issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and handle payroll‑related inquiries efficiently.
- Building and nurturing the relationship with the client and delivering world‑class service.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Apply if you have:
- A university degree.
- 2+ years of experience in operational in‑house German payroll processing (more than 1,000 payslips per month).
- Experience in SAP Payroll module, including comprehensive scope of payroll transactions processing, reporting, system issues solving.
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.
- An ability to support solving escalations.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals, team‑working skills, and good work organisation.
