Responsibilities
- Handle HR administration and payroll processes for German employees.
- Deliver high‑quality payroll services, ensuring compliance with procedures, legal regulations, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the client’s team on‑site in Usedom (initially up to 5 days per week and moving to hybrid/fully remote after).
- Ensure compliance with German labor law and payroll regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work on the client’s premises in Usedom.
- 2+ years of experience in German payroll operations.
- Proficiency in German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written at C1 level.
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.
- Practical knowledge of German labor law and social security regulations.
Nice to Have

- Previous experience in a shared‑services or outsourcing environment.
