- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients across diverse industries.
- Identify and qualify prospects, maintaining a healthy and well-structured sales pipeline.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients on digital solutions, including online advertising, cloud technologies, and business tools.
- Negotiate offers, address objections, and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and optimize client campaigns, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to design tailored solutions and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and proactively share best practices.
Wymagania
- Proficiency in German (C1+) and English (B2+).
- Strong motivation for sales, account development, and customer success.
- Tech-savvy and able to adapt to digital platforms and tools.
- Experience in sales, presales, or business development (1-2+ years) is highly valued, but motivated candidates with strong commercial drive will also be considered.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Kraków or Warsaw (if not already based there).
