Experience Lisbon: Cross Border Talents is seeking a German Speakers (proficiency C1 and higher) for our client, an American multinational IT consulting and outsourcing company: join their team as a Legal Operation Analyst (a Content Review role) in Santos, Lisbon (a centrally located area with great transport connection). This is an on-site role, offering structured work hours from Monday to Friday. No prior experience in a contact center is required, making this an excellent opportunity for both entry-level candidates and those with experience. Job Title: Legal Operation Analyst - Content Moderation without Sensitive Content

Location: Santos, Lisbon (On-Site)

Start Dates: March 3, 2025, or March 17, 2025

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 18.00. Weekends fixed off!

Experience: With or without previous contact center experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and process incoming legal requests with accuracy and efficiency.
2. Handle requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of client policies and guidelines.
4. Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to agreed turnaround times.
5. Back-office role with no direct customer interaction.

Requirements:

1. German language proficiency (spoken and written) on C1 level and higher
2. English proficiency at B2 level and higher (spoken and written)
3. Ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
5. No previous content moderation experience required (up to 12 months is considered a plus).

A possession of a EU member state passport or a valid residence permit for Portugal is a MUST to be considered for this role as there is no legalization assistance provided.
