Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Geo Marketing Engagement Lead to serve as a consultative partner between our internal Marketing Activation Services team and key stakeholders across the Marketing organization. This role functions similarly to an agency Account Manager/Project Manager—but with the added depth of being embedded in the business to proactively shape marketing strategy, not just respond to requests.

As an Engagement Manager, you’ll play a critical role in translating business goals into impactful marketing plans and orchestrating seamless execution through our internal marketing teams. You’ll go beyond project coordination—building trusted relationships, challenging assumptions, and acting as a strategic advisor who helps stakeholders think bigger and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultative partner and primary point of contact for business stakeholders, deeply understanding their objectives and challenges
  • Lead strategic marketing intake and planning conversations, identifying opportunities for marketing to create real business impact
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable briefs and integrated marketing plans
  • Coordinate with cross-functional marketing teams (creative, content, digital, operations, etc.) to deliver high-quality, timely work
  • Foster proactive, transparent communication with stakeholders—setting expectations, aligning on priorities, and offering strategic guidance
  • Push beyond transacting with stakeholders by challenging requests when appropriate, offering alternative solutions, and adding value at every step
  • Track key deliverables, KPIs, and stakeholder satisfaction; continuously look for ways to improve performance and process
  • Act as the voice of the stakeholder within marketing—and the voice of Marketing Activation to the business

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, account management, client services, or engagement roles within a large enterprise or agency setting
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to advise, influence, and build trust with senior business leaders
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy and campaign execution across digital, content, events, and creative channels
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent initiatives with varying levels of complexity
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with marketing and project management platforms (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, Salesforce, Tableau)

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with enterprise B2B technology marketing
  • Background working in or with in-house agencies or marketing centers of excellence
  • Experience in campaign planning, marketing operations, or marketing enablement
